SalaryDuties:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a safe and secure environment.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development.
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for children.
- Assist with homework and educational activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area.
- Monitor children's behavior and ensure their well-being at all times.
- Follow parents' instructions regarding routines, discipline, and any specific needs of the children.
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare or caregiving preferred
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize the needs of multiple children
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and other staff members
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus for hiring process, but will be required to get certification if hired without it
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Drivers license required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.50 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- After school
- Choose your own hours
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
