B2B Sales - Cannabis Printed Packaging

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our printing company.We are involved in packaging production, specifically in the sub-market of Cannabis. From custom bags/pouches to labels to boxes, we handle all aspects of go-to-market B2B packaging design and production.

Applicants should have experience with the Cannabis industry.

As an account manager, you will play a critical role in customer communiction and order coordination. You will be the first point of contact for new leads and the preferred source of knowledge for existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Communication- Coordinate with customers to provide quotations, cost estimates and turn-around time estimates.- Keep constant contact with our large accounts with production updates, questions, approvals.- Reach out to stale accounts or potential leads to assist with new projects.

2. Internal Communication- Coordinate internally with Plant Management to forecast demand and potential production delays.- Coordinate internally with Administration for material cost and availability- Coordinate internally with Pre-Press team to submit client artwork and assist with details for job proofing.

Requirements:- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the printing or packaging industry- In-depth knowledge of print production processes.- Strong understanding of popular packaging materials, solutions, and processes within the Cannabis industry.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
