Outside Sales Specialist (Networking exp. req.)
Location: Buford, GA
Salary: $60,000 Base + Commission (Yr. 1 OTE ~$100k)

Typical Hours: M-F, 40+ hours (work longer hours as necessary)

Outside Sales Specialist (Networking exp. req.) Description

Our client is looking for an Outside Sales Specialist to add to their team in Buford, GA. Reporting to the Owner, you will prospect clients and fully meet their needs. Our client is looking for someone who is energetic, likes to engage with people, builds lasting relationships, and has a sales background. You will grow the commercial side of the business by nurturing existing accounts 20% of the time, prospecting for new clients 50% of the time, and checking in on the production of services 30% of the time. Note: Commission is paid as a percentage of gross margin and a year-end discretionary bonus is offered. Outside Sales Specialist (Networking exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Prospect new customer accounts in assigned territory (2 hours North of Buford)
• Manage customer accounts and relationships through job completion
• Follow through on the entire sales cycle (varies: 1 week to a year-long with avg. deal being $10k)
• Work cross-functionally with the team to meet expectations
• Quote jobs and create bids/ estimates
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge
• Advise customers on-site or during calls
• Travel to client job sites
• Upsell clients wherever necessary for a complete job
• Manage production process to ensure client satisfaction
• Follow up with customers, nurturing as necessary to secure the deal

Outside Sales Specialist (Networking exp. req.) Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office required
• Ability to travel locally required (Company Car + Gas provided)
