Job Description:
MoCaFi is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help us define and design our B2B product offering, the Immediate Response Card (IRC) portal and the Admin portal, to optimize growth and drive revenue. In addition, the candidate will evaluate both new and existing tools to enhance the existing product offering.
This role reports to the Head of Product. While MoCaFi is headquartered in New York City, this position can be based remotely anywhere in the US. The range for this role is $115,000-145,000.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Define the Immediate Response Card (IRC) and Admin portals product vision & strategy, including but not limited to personas, target market, target state, and impacts on our business
- Own and manage the IRC and Admin portals product roadmap; develop the product requirements and communicate requirements to the development team
- Support the Product Owner with sprint planning, grooming sessions, and retrospective activities
- Own the IRC and Admin portal's solutions end-to-end, including how to sell, onboard, and post-boarding activities
- Develop and continue to update the business case for the IRC portal product
- Lead sales and operations training on the IRC and Admin portals
- Partner with the marketing team to develop a Go-to-Market plan
- Develop customer journeys and partner with internal teams and external vendors to understand and enhance the journey
- Partner with operations to develop process maps/flows
- Hire, develop and lead at least one junior Product Manager
- Research and maintain a working knowledge of competitor products and trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end product solutions
Job Requirements & Skills:
- Candidates will have extensive experience in product management, product design, product development, and managing the rollout of products in payments or consumer lending (e.g., payment processing, acquiring, issuing, payment technology provider, etc.)
- Customer focused
- Business/strategy planning and competitive analysis
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Proven organizational leadership
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Agile Product Owner and/or Agile methodologies experience
- B2B Product Experience
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Business or Strategy
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
