We are seeking a HIGHLY MOTIVATED and experienced mental health professional who wants to grow and expand their practice and impact the lives of the veteran community. The ideal candidate would be a PLLC owner who already performs group and individual therapy and would bring this experience to the table to develop a program for our veteran clients. We would value any candidate with experience interacting with insurance companies and who have a multi-state practice. This unique opportunity would allow you to focus on clinical duties while we (Telemedica) focus on all administrative tasks- from gathering clients to scheduling, maintaining systems, records, document gathering, and more! Currently, within all of our service lines we are serving 500+ clients per month.

Role of PLLC Owner

The responsibilities of the ideal PLLC owner would include the following:

• Hiring, termination, supervision and performance of contracted providers under your PLLC
• Teaching, equipping, and training licensed providers to be available to provide virtual therapy and skills training services to veteran clients
• Making medical decisions related to clinical services
• Establishing compensation rates based on skill set, qualifications and review of performance.
• Initiate and implement employment policies
• Overseeing and directing the continued development, implementation and monitoring of mental health services, policies and programs
• Ensuring that documentation and records are maintained according to medical standards.
• Serving as a liaison to administrative staff to bridge the gap between client concerns related to clinical services
• Providing training to clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure compliance

Pay: $20,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
