B2B And Online Order Fulfillment Specialist

The position of Fulfillment Specialist at a busy locally owned tailoring shop will offer opportunities to meet new people and grow your skills in many areas. As part of our online processing team you process incoming packages, prepare clothing for our sewing team, create invoices, and perform other tasks centered around preparing and packing orders. You should be comfortable using different Google tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar.

WHILE EACH DAY IS DIFFERENT, YOU CAN EXPECT TO:

● Receive and process orders in a timely, efficient manner

● Track all orders via delivery software

● Analyze clothing in preparation for alterations

● Answer phone calls, process returns, and provide online customer service

● Create and invoices

● Perform quality control for alterations

● Work with others in a cheerful atmosphere

● Receive and send out Online Orders

● Communicate with customers in a professional manner in person, via telephone, Zoom, email

● Document Online Orders using photography and CRM software on the way in and out

REQUIREMENTS TO SUCCEED:

● A high school diploma or GED certificate

● The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills

● Computer proficiency

● Attention to detail

● Sewing experience preferred but not required

● Deep understanding of garment construction for quality alteration execution

● Ability to differentiate between different types of fabric and how they effect garment construction

● Hand sewing skills for minor repairs, sewing buttons and seam ripping

● Knowledge of CRM and project management software: Asana and HubSpot

● Understand the scope of alterations ordered online and be able to communicate customer needs clearly to the sewing team

JOB TYPE: Part-time

PAY RANGE: $13 - $15, based on experience and skill level.
