Job Description

This is an opportunity for a B2B Sales Representative to join our Northern Colorado team. The successful candidate will join an established team of local sales professionals with tenures ranging from 2 to over 20 years.

If you love sales and customer service, this could be the life-time career you've been looking for.

The ideal candidate for this position will 1) Reside in Northern Colorado (Longmont to Fort Collins), 2) Possess a highly successful background in outside B2B sales and service, 3) Be a self-starter with a winning attitude.

You must thrive on the thrill of the hunt. You will be expected to make cold calls, set appointments and close sales both face to face and on the phone.

Our Sales Representatives are committed to client satisfaction and success. You must enjoy providing great customer service and marketing consultation to help your accounts grow.

This is not a part-time or work-from-home job. You will report to our regional office in Fort Collins and spend much of your time outside of the office in front of prospects and customers. You must be willing to work Mon.-Fri. 8am-5pm (40hrs). Your weekends are free and there is no overnight travel!

We offer a starting compensation plan of base salary plus commission. We expect a skilled salesperson to make $100k+ first year. In subsequent years, a focused sales person should make over $200K annually working 40 hours per week. If you decide to work more, you can make more. There is abundant opportunity in providing our proven advertising solutions to help businesses grow!

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven record of success in B2B outside sales and service or equivalent achievements
  • Some college and training or education in sales perferred.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and customer relationship skills
  • Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Basic understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Strong skill set in computer and web-based business and CRM software
