B-Shift Screen-Print Associate

Position Title: Svecia Press Operator

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Svecia Press Operator. As a Svecia Press Operator, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of the Svecia press machine, ensuring the production of high-quality prints. This role requires a keen eye for color differentiation, manual dexterity, and the ability to handle various materials and screen sizes. The successful candidate will be responsible for printing job tickets and adhering to proper instructions and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Svecia Press Setup and Operation:

   • Set up and operate the Svecia press machine for optimal print quality.
   • Ensure the machine is calibrated and maintained to meet production standards.

2. Job Ticket Printing:

   • Print job tickets accurately and efficiently.
   • Follow provided instructions and guidelines to ensure the correct printing parameters are applied.

3. Material Handling:

   • Handle different materials and screen sizes with precision.
   • Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials to maintain a smooth production process.

4. Color Differentiation:

   • Demonstrate the ability to differentiate between colors accurately.
   • Adjust color settings as needed to achieve the desired print results.

5. Manual Dexterity:

   • Utilize manual dexterity to operate machinery and handle delicate materials.
   • Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition.

6. Physical Requirements:

   • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing between 30 - 50 lbs.
   • Stand for extended periods during the shift.

7. Training Responsibilities:

   • Train new team members on Svecia press machine setup and operation.
   • Provide guidance on color differentiation and adherence to printing instructions.

Shift Information:

• B Shift: 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday to Thursday

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Svecia Press Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of printing processes and equipment.
• Excellent color differentiation skills.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to undergo training on different shifts.
