B. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support project managers in managing schedules and milestones; ensuring that weekly project statuses are received from team members.
- Documenting resourcing needs, availability, and commitments.
- Assisting with documentation and other project deliverables.
- Creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, screen designs and report layouts.
- Coordinating aspects of user testing, producing test cases; scheduling UAT cycles, setting up test data, and participating in UAT.
- Work with other teams, internal and cross-functional teams in order to perform escalations and work with system & tooling owners towards a resolution and identify and establish roadmap projects around process, workflow & tooling improvement opportunities
- Identify and improve processes, workflows and tools that are manual, slow or sub-optimal
- Provide support for other ad-hoc projects as needed

Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited college/university and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior
- Actively pursuing majors as Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Business Administration (or a related field) or equivalent work experience.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
- Good MS Office or equivalent skills
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner in a project or deadline-driven environment
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels
- Ability to collaborate effectively and be a contributing member of the team
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and quickly grasp concepts and information to apply to work assignments
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Desire for a career in IT or the financial services industry
