As the Regional Executive, you will serve as a dynamic leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational performance of our credit union stores within the designated region. Your role involves strategic leadership, effective team management, and proactive community engagement to ensure the delivery of exceptional member service and the achievement of corporate goals.
This position will support the
Brandon, Bloomingdale, Downtown, Gandy, Hyde Park, Main Base, New Tampa, and Wesley Chapel stores.
QualificationsREQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited university required.
- Three (3) years progressive management experience required, with the ability to effectively lead and develop personnel.
- Five (5) years of bank/credit union experience required, including knowledge of bank/credit union products, policies, procedures, and services.
- Ability to function in a multi-task environment; ability to identify and evaluate issues and reach sound conclusions or decisions based on fact and in a proactive manner; demonstrated skills coaching and problem solving.
- Must have valid driver license and current insurance.
- Must possess Windows-based PC skills and working knowledge of office equipment.
- Strong background in sales management and retail operations preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and type English.
- Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
- Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.

- This is a hybrid opportunity. You'll thrive in the energetic environment of our retail stores with the flexibility to work remote.
