AVP, Loan IQ Specialist

Position Description: AVP, Loan IQ Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Daily Loan IQ Issues (review and assist the business)
• Log issues with the vendor
• Track and manage issues logged with the vendor
• Assist with all testing within Loan IQ (deployed fixes, Upgrades, New businesses, new mappings, new accounts)
• Assist with New account set up and mappings
• Assist with automation reviews on failed trades
• Assist with Loan IQ Account cleanup
• Review vendor product documentation
Assist with any and all issues, projects, testing around the Loan IQ Application

Desirable Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Loan IQ experience
• Experience of loan servicing from an Operations standpoint
• Knowledge of the loan business from front office to back office
• Strong attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Excel skills (especially Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
• Team player
• Proven ability as a self-starter
• Ability to think quickly under pressure
Understanding of basic BBG, computer programing (SQL) and data set manipulation a plus, but not required

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000
