About the Global Client Group
The Global Client Group covers Distribution, Consultant Relations, Relationship Management, Client Servicing, and Learning & Development, and aims to deliver a 'One Nuveen experience to our global client base. The Global Client Group is focused on establishing new relationships within the Institutional and Wealth channels while deepening relationships with existing clients. Nuveen targets the largest sources of investment capital around the world. Our teams are global, with in market presence in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions.
About the Global Client Services Group
Global Client Services strives to make it easier for our clients to work with Nuveen - and to increase client retention and satisfaction. Global Client Services works to enhance our overall client experience and specifically oversees and improves new client boarding, day-to-day servicing requirements, investment reporting and capital-markets support. In addition to day-to-day servicing needs, the Global Client Services organization also oversees our New Business and Retention Services practice, which aims to deliver high quality information requests to showcase our investment capabilities to prospective and existing client and consultant relationships.
About Client Information Delivery
As part of our Global Client Servicing efforts to support our Wealth and Institutional clients, we have created a team with dedicated Centers of Excellence supporting Client Reporting, Client Portals, and Digital Transformations. This team is responsible for developing the strategy for ongoing platform innovation as well as the delivery of all client outputs for reporting and portal administration.
This highly cross-functional group collaborates across sales, service, operations, technology, finance and product, as well as third party service and software providers, to create the innovation roadmap and oversee execution of changes required to enhance how we deliver data and information to clients. Critical success measures for the group includes delivering information to clients timely, accurately, and through digital channels.
The Client Reporting Manager will assume a hands-on role in producing periodic client reports while working closely with Client Services, Operations, and IT groups across the firm in the creation and management of new client reports and templates. This role will troubleshoot general system issues and answer data questions pertaining to Client Reporting. The ideal candidate must have the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Manage a global reporting team, including training, output oversight, and hands on feedback to create a high-quality team culture that is focused on:
• Partner with stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Client Services, Technology, Investment Teams) to create reporting for new accounts, accommodate high priority change requests, and understand new business coming in the sales pipeline.
• Become a subject matter expert on the reporting engine, partnering with Nuveen IT to accommodate reporting data and workflow requirements.
• Assist in performing data validations and resolving workflow errors.

Base Pay Range: $80,100/yr. - $99,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
