This listing is for a highly skilled electrical technician or lead technician - Not sure if you are a fit for an RV shop? General mechanical, woodworking, plumbing, electrical and other skills can be combined to excel!

This is not an entry level position, but we do have those available as well, please inquire.

This position is for an experienced electrician in AC/DC systems and integrations/troubleshooting.

Are you able to troubleshoot electrically on paper, draw wiring diagrams, and make product choices for new system installations? Do you have solar and inverter/converter experience? Do you have aviation electrician and electronics experience? You may be looking at the right place to excel and succeed! See below for minimum experience and education.

Candidates should have a high interest in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, woodworking, and automotive hands-on activity.

This position includes: AC/DC electrical troubleshooting, Mechanical and Fabrication experience, general service skills such as; re-torques, brake inspections, oil changes, and other normal maintenance for a vehicle. You have the ability to learn from seasoned aviation and mechanical master technicians while working.

Most work for the Service Tech occurs in a garage environment.

NOT a flat rate garage, straight hourly pay w/ overtime available depending on workload.

The ideal candidate for this opening should have the following skills and experience:

Be highly motivated, organized, and ready to take on new challenges.

Must have dependable transportation.

Must be very dependable in general - if you have ever been late to work, you are not the right person.

Must have spotless driving record for at least the past 5 years. No DUIs ever, and never a major charge.

Must be drug free and pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings.

Read, understand and clearly speak English; constantly use speech and hearing in communicating with the public and co-workers, giving and receiving instructions.

Possibility of working in various environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold, rain or heat and worse yet, inside in an office environment!

Constant mental alertness and attention to detail required.

Minimum Education and Experience Required: Electrical or avionics military training and experience OR 2 year Technical diploma from accredited electrical repair school, AND minimum 15 years of demonstrated troubleshooting and repair on 12-48VDC systems, 110-240VAC systems and in general electrical/electronic. Must have been preceded by a technical or regular high school. GEDs are not qualified unless active military service connected.
