IMMEDIATELY HIRING - AVIONICS TECH (LEAD)
Join our highly skilled Maintenance Team as we open a new Part 145 Repair Station in Wichita, KS!!
The Lead Avionics Technician will perform their duties and responsibilities as listed below in support of the company's 14 CFR Part 145 Certified Repair Station. This will be a Repair Station location modifying and configuring state-of-the-art Avionics and EMS medical equipment installed on company operated Aircraft. Applicant must be able to accomplish all technical and administrative functions with little to no direct supervision.

MINIMUM:

• Documented experience installing aircraft avionics systems.
• Documented Team Lead experience of 5 or more technicians.
• Ability and willingness to gain a thorough knowledge of the Repair Station Company Manual System and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule during the duty period assigned.
• Possess sound judgment and objectivity in critical decision-making situations.
• Possess honesty, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant aircraft
• Computer skills to include a good working knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Relevant experience maintaining and installing aircraft Avionics Systems as a Repairman for a 14 CFR 145 Certified Repair Station
