Job Summary:
Do you enjoy meeting and interacting with new people? As an Aviation Concierge, you will serve as the point of contact for customer requests, welcoming guests to your FBO and being the friendly voice at the end of the phone.
Jet Access's Aviation Concierge team is oriented and work with our Line Service Technicians to anticipate the needs of our customers. While working in a fast-paced environment, our Aviation Concierge have attention to detail and the ability to multitask, all while keeping a warm and friendly attitude. And no previous aviation experience is required!
Core Schedule:
- Variable – Airport open 7 days/week 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- On call or evening/weekend hours required.
Day in the Life:
- Ability to provide proactive, personalized customer experience to all general Aviation Clientele.
- Concierge level services including hotel, catering, and ground transportation scheduling.
- Coordination of services, such as aircraft fueling, GPU, Lavatory Service, and hangar storage.
- Effectively communicating via air-to-ground radio and ground-to-ground radio, in addition to other forms of communication.
- Educating customers on available services, promotions and programs.
- Operation of Point of Sale, includes processing customer invoices, and reconciliation of aging reports.
- Ensure the location is Safe and in compliance with all Safety Requirements.
- Answering customer questions and resolving issues as necessary.
- Upselling customers to increase revenue at your assigned location.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers, co-workers, and visitors
- Other duties as assigned.
What will make you successful:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Must possess a valid state Driver's License.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Previous FBO experience a plus, but not required.
- Ability to read and respond to E-Mail communications.
- Must possess a professional appearance.
