Responsibilities

- review every GM warranty claim to insure compliance with GM policy and procedures.

- process warranty claims and monitor for payment or revision as directed by GM

- Know and advise service team regarding GM part replacement warranties terms and conditions.

- Daily monitor warranty part returns from GM and oversee shipment of parts which includes Hazardous    Materials, such as air bags and inflators, EV batteries, and fuel contaminated parts

- Advise and process transportation damage claims. 

- Update dealer management system for unique labor operations generated by bulletins or recalls

- Advise service advisors and technicians of GM policy changes to procedures and coverages.

- Advise and process GM Medium Duty and Electric Vehicle repairs in process.

- Manage and process selected GM Fleet vehicle repair job cards

- Maintain required records of parts shipping log, Takata air bag replacements, and customer  reimbursements

- Monitor GM's monthly service agent summary of total warranty claims to address areas excess  expenses.

- Previous dealership experience strongly preferred

- Valid driver's license
