Pepe Auto Group is looking for an Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, capable of multi-tasking, and works well with others. The Warranty Administrator assists in warranty submission, provides dealerships with warranty best practices and focuses on improving performance and processes in an effort to better support dealership operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Book warranty repair orders
- Submit claims of manufacturer warranty and follow up
- Service contract claim submission and follow up
- Maintain receivables schedules.
- Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Warranty experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, CDK, etc
- Dealership or DMV experience is a plus!

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
