Responsibilities

• Entering the accounting of the wholesale deals into DMS system to determine the gross profit per deal.
• Held for Resale on all used vehicles incoming into inventory, as well as all units wholesaled out of inventory.
• Process titling for New & Used vehicle through MNDRIVE, DLRDMV and DLR50
• Send out wholesale titles, address issues with wholesale titles/liens, communicate with finance when needed.
• Monitor titling schedules.
• Plate/Tab Inventory
• DMV postings
• Title security
• Floorplan Audit

Qualifications

• Previous Title Clerk experience required.
• Title certification preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and numbers sense
• Strong Detail and organization skills
• Good social and interpersonal skills
• Strong record of positive Customer Happiness results
• Collaborative and eagerness to improve.
• Professional personal appearance
