Automotive Territory Manager

We are seeking a manager to over see installers in a specific area to become a part of our mobile team! We are involved in the Automotive Industry. You will assist with the hiring, training and overseeing of installers. Manager will also oversee the company’s accounts, making sure quality and customer service is at its best at all times. We mainly install paint protection film on door edges/ back of door handles/ top of rear bumpers/ infotainments screen protectors. Installation is fast and easy, each vehicle takes approximately 6-12 minutes to install. Installer can install approximately 25-75 cars on a given day, averaging out 5-6 cars an hour.

We will provide training, which consist of 2-3 months depending on how fast the person understands it and quality of installs using our PPF. We will train on how to use our application which is done through a iPhone(if you don’t have one, we will provide you with one). We also train on how to get around different dealerships, teaching the different processes on when vehicles arrive and how they are prepped to be sold. Learning how to retrieve keys to open vehicles. Reading and understanding dealership sticker with different pricing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation and repair of paint protection film
• Able to keep tools, materials and supplies organized and clean.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Track all film and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Seeking some one who is comfortable working outdoors
• Must be able work in a organized manner
• Able to work 5-6 days a week
• Ability to meet their weekly quotas
• Must communicate with team
• Needs to have a personal vehicle to commute to multiple accounts( gas card and vehicle allowance included)
• Opportunities to travel
• Able to manage 5 to 6 employees
• Have the ability to problem solve and find solutions to any issues that arise.
• Communicates with customers in a profesional and timely manner.
• Able to go the extra mile if need be.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in working outdoors, installation of paint protection film or vinyl wraps and decals is a plus but not necessary, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Must have basic math knowledge
• Must be physically fit to be able to crouch, kneel or bend down while working on specific vehicles
• Auto Dealership experience is a plus but not mandatory
• “Tech savvy” is able to work with a smart phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,200.00 per week
