Guaranteed $7,000 A MONTH!
+ Earn up to 100K per year!

We know, it’s almost unheard of - Most shops push flat rate, then don’t give you enough work for you to make a good income in the industry.
Then you jump from shop to shop who “promise” it’s different!
It’s the game… It's how shop owners who have not figured out the rest of their business can underpay and keep the extra profits for themselves.
It’s not your fault there are not more cars in the shop… That’s not your job.
This is why we offer GUARANTEED pay, as you know I can’t throw out $130K per year because that is a MADE UP flat-rate pay + an ungodly amount of hours booked and coming in on the weekend.
That’s not a life, not what we ask of our team.
However, if you are a Certified Auto technician with 5+ years of experience, an extensive toolset who is skilled in diagnosing vehicles and drivability.
We pay $83K per year GUARANTEED + Bonuses (This could push you over the $100K per year.)
The second position we are looking to fill is an Automotive Technician that would have a minimum of 3 years experience working on automobiles and a good basic toolset. (We Provide all specialty tools.)
We pay $52K per year GUARANTEED + Bonuses (This could push you over the $72K per year.)
To back that up we pay for the BEST tools, systems, and software to make you more efficient.
Then we knock off at 5 PM every day, no weekends. We want our team to have a good work-life balance.
