Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks on various vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Conduct inspections and identify worn or damaged parts that need to be replaced.
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as brakes, engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functionality after repairs or maintenance.
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems.
- Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and powertrain components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
