Qualifications
Are you a skilled Automotive Technician looking to elevate your career with a prestigious brand? Audi Pacific is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our dynamic team.
- Prior Audi/VW experience preferred – but not required
- ASE, Smog, and manufacturer certification, desired
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer's standards
- Accurately diagnose issues using cutting-edge diagnostic equipment and tools
- Execute efficient and effective repairs while ensuring quality workmanship

Compensation
- Compensation: $7,500 - $12,000/month, depending on productivity/performance.
- Commission Eligibility: Yes, this position is eligible for a structured commission program based on the financial performance of the Team Member.
- Bonus Eligibility: Yes, this position is eligible for a discretionary bonus opportunity based on performance or other extenuating circumstances and as approved by management.
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual compensation offer will consider a wide range of factors to include location and experience.

Hiring Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Graduation from a recognized Automotive / Technical School
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles
- All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
