We are currently seeking an Automotive Technician Service Technician and persons interested in training to become an Automotive Technician. You will diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul automotive vehicles.
We are willing to train if you have some mechanical skills and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
- Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
- Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs
- Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Automotive Technician or mechanic is preferred
- Tools to accomplish repairs.
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
After 30 years, Ace Transmissions still provides services from the shop’s original location, 3435 Plainfield Ave NE, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49525, just west of the light at the intersection of Rupert Street and Salerna Drive. Ace Transmissions also performs engine repairs on all American and foreign model vehicles.
