Description
Lynch Buick GMC of West bend is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our team of experts in providing top-quality repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services for a diverse range of vehicles. The ideal candidate should hold relevant certifications, possess a deep understanding of automotive systems, and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional workmanship. Pay ranging from $35-40 per hour! 5 days PTO in first year, paid holidays, and more! Master technician certification or GM Certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles.
- Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical system repairs.
- Collaborate with team members, service advisors, and parts personnel to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and evolving repair techniques through continuous learning and training.
- Complete tasks efficiently and within established timeframes while maintaining high standards of quality workmanship.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
Requirements
- ASE certified in a minimum of 4 basic categories or GM Certifications
- Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, components, and advanced repair techniques.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, computerized systems, and technical resources.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot intricate mechanical and electronic problems.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and service advisors.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
Salary Description
$35.00 to $40.00 per hour
