As a Automotive Store Manager your RESPONSIBILITIES are:
- Sales of Tire and Service related needs / Manage and schedule 10 -20 employees
- Meet or exceed performance standards for quality and service to our customers.
- Ability to work within Store Performance Budgets
- Insure continuous implementation and enforcement of established policies and procedures.
- Develop and direct a skilled and cohesive team of Sales Associates, Mechanics and General Service Technicians.
- Ensure compliance to all OSHA, M.A.P., State and Hazmat regulations.
- Follow all safety practices as outlined in policy and procedures.
As part of our Team, as an Automotive STORE MANAGER, you will spend the majority of your day working directly with our automotive service technicians and our guests, advising them on their vehicle's tire and automotive service needs.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multi-task, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, with superb customer service and communication skills. The position focus is on enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty, and maximizing sales.
