Base Salary + Bonus

Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Experience leading and managing a high performing Automotive Repair Shop
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience with European Vehicles Strongly Preferred
- Service Advising and Sales
- Ability to build a high performance team
- Create a high performing, positive team culture
- Work directly with customers and operate with honesty and integrity

Salary Details:
- Salary will be an ~50/50 mix of base salary and business success. Successful candidate has the opportunity to earn $120-150K
