Automotive shop seeking an experienced Shop Foreman in Wadesville, IN! This Automotive Shop started with a passion for cars and a vision to help educate people on their vehicles. What we need:
- Foreman, head tech and diagnostician
- Lead overall culture and feel of shop
- Oversee and manage technician employees
- Manage shop processes
- Monitor Quality Control
- Identify shop wins and challenges
- Ensure employee engagement
- Provide feedback to management and employees
- Partner with owner
- Excellent customer service
- A Tech who has desire to be in leadership position
- Mentor apprentice techs
- Monitor quality control
- 70% domestic, 25% Asian no Euro
Candidate Requirements
- A or Master Level Technician
- 3 years in an automotive leadership role
- Must be ASE certified
- Feel comfortable speaking with clients and building ongoing relationships
