Our Service Department is looking to add one experienced Service Advisor / Writer to the team. ASAP
If you consider yourself a self motivated individual and possess good communication, problem-solving and computer skills.......then this is an opportunity for you.
Automotive background could be a plus but we are willing to train you for success!
Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:
An advisor will work as the liaison between the customer and service technician.
It is the responsibility of the Advisor to accurately relay the customers concerns with the
technician.
All concerns are documented and all repairs recorded when completed.

Ability to follow Direction from your Team Leader or Service Manager
