We are currently seeking an Automotive Service Technician to become an integral part of our team! Independent 5 star rated automotive and truck service center located in the center of RI. We are in search of an Automotive Service Technician to join our team. Our clean organized bright shop offers plenty of opportunity to expand your knowledge and perfect your skills. Workflow is steady all year round. Your own tools are NOT REQUIRED as our shop is equipped with toolboxes in each bay stocked with all you will need. Our expanded tool crib also has plenty of specialty and dealer specific tools. Our integrated shop diagnostic and information systems will give you all the support needed to diagnose and repair today's complex vehicles. We also have several factory scan tools and diagnostic equipment. We invest in our future. We offer paid uniforms, paid holidays, Paid vacations, hourly pay and plenty of overtime available. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience, trade school considered, RI Certified Inspectors license is a plus, ASE and factory certifications is a plus. Valid drivers license required with a clean driving and criminal record.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
- Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
- Work well as a team or independent
- Maintain clean professional appearance and work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work 5 day work week with overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
- Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
- Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs
- Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
