As part of our continuous growth, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Auto Dealer Service and Parts Director.
Position Overview:
As the Service and Parts Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service and parts departments. This includes managing a team of technicians and parts specialists, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, implementing process improvements, and upholding our commitment to excellence in Automotive Service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the service and parts departments, including hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize departmental performance, maximize revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service and parts orders.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as departmental productivity, profitability, and customer feedback, and take appropriate actions to address any issues.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements related to Automotive Service and parts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an Automotive Service and/or parts department.
- Strong understanding of Automotive Service and parts operations, including technical knowledge and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automotive dealership management software.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
