EXPERIENCED FIXED OPERATIONS LEADER WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF PERFORMANCE:

Service Manager, Service Director, Fixed Operations Director

Expected Compensation: $120,000-$160,000 per year

Our unique breed of hands-on consulting & coaching, systems & strategies, & the “new” philosophiesthat we have developed and employed in building one-of-a-kind Service Departments, with industry revolutionizing potential, has created a huge need for like-minded Automotive Leadership Professionals to join our team.

We are searching for:

• Those that desire to rise far above the fray, to exist & perform at a level that most idealize, but are rarely experienced in our industry.
• This select individual will join us, as we help lead companies, leaders, & employees through an evolution of culture & mind, to the final destination of execution & results.
• A candidate with proven success as a service manager or fixed ops director with 5 years of management experience in the Automotive Industry.
• The ability to communicate at an extremely high level using all mediums.
• A candidate with the ability to travel 2-3 weeks per month and work from home the rest of the month.
