Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator

This is a fast-paced, customer service-oriented position. This is the perfect position for someone who is experienced and comfortable with high call volume but prefers to work in a small team atmosphere instead of a typical call-center environment. Our Business Development Center (BDC) Representatives process all internet leads, inbound phone calls, appointment setting, follow-up calls and customer retention for our service department. We are looking for an experienced, customer-service focused individual to join our team and help us deliver 5-star experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Communicate effectively with our customers via phone, Internet or text.
• Check email frequently and respond to customer inquiries immediately.
• Learn and follow the scripting required by our process.
• Set appointments for our customers to service their vehicles.
• Study, learn and maintain knowledge of the vehicles we service. (We will train you!)
• Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of dealership policies, products and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent spoken and written/typed communication skills required
• Reasoning ability to carry out instructions given to you in writing or verbally to ensure accurate information is given to customers and communicated back to management
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude at all times
• Ability to thrive in a team environment while meeting personal daily goals

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
