The Jerry Seiner Dealerships is growing and we are looking to hire an outgoing, self-motivated individual to fill the role of a Service Advisor in our busy shop. Applicant must have dealership experience with strong customer service skills, sales skills, automotive knowledge, and administrative competency. Applicant must also be drug-free, have a good driving record, and be able to pass a background check.
General Duties May Include:
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner. Let customers who are waiting in line know that they will be helped soon.
- Perform walk around with customer at time of check in and present a service menu of recommended maintenance services to every service customer.
- Obtain customer and vehicle data.
- Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications, using maintenance menus.
