Automotive Sales Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

• Respond to internet, live chat and phone inquiries promptly to generate sales appointments, logging daily activities in the CRM and following up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment
• Converting visitors into customers by asking questions to understand their needs and interests, and pairing them with a vehicle best suited for their lifestyle
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology and perform professional vehicle demonstrations and organize test drives
• Assist customers with the completion of sales and financing paperwork
• Deliver sold vehicles to the customer, ensuring complete customer satisfaction

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn and utilize new technology 
• The ability to think from the customer’s perspective to understand their concerns or objections and respond thoughtfully
• An excellent work ethic and drive to achieve performance goals
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment

We are open Monday – Saturday 8AM - 9PM. We ask that all applicants have the availability to work any of the days and times listed above. This is an onsite position, and requires working with customers in person and over the phone.
