Requirements
- Assist customers in purchase or lease of vehicles in a professional manner with uncompromised integrity
- Use initiative and diligence in prospecting for new customers.
- Achieve consistently high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Earn manufacturer certifications and effectively demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
- Promote repeat and referral business by building customer relationships through outstanding service and consistent follow-up.
- Presenting automobiles in a knowledgeable yet professional manner
- Follow up with customers who have not purchased yet
- Follow up with "sold" customers till they buy again and send you referrals

- Regularly required to stand and walk. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, climb and perform repetitive motion tasks
- Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Must be willing to work on an On-site dealership environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation mandatory.
- A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
- Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
- Able to obtain a Sales License
