Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and execute all sales documents with the sales department.
- Maintain the dealership's reputation. Customer information is to be kept confidential while complying with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates while maintaining set standards and goals in sales.
- Assist customers with vehicle purchases, while determining the need for financial package.
- Prepare, verify, and execute all purchasing documents with the sales department.
- Determine a customer's creditworthiness by obtaining credit reports, submitting credit applications, and conferring with loan processors and underwriters.
- Prepares transaction documents by completing loan agreements, DMV registration, and related documents.
- Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers while also providing them with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to pass background check & drug screening
- At least 3+ years' experience in Automotive Sales
- At least 2+ years' as team lead/ previous Sales Management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of dealerships computer systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
