Jeff Wyler Nissan of Louisville is searching for a results-focused, highly driven , and experienced Sales Manager.
Compensation: Depending upon experience + performance

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and execute all sales documents with the sales department.
• Maintain the dealership's reputation. Customer information is to be kept confidential while complying with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates while maintaining set standards and goals in sales.
• Assist customers with vehicle purchases, while determining the need for financial package.
• Prepare, verify, and execute all purchasing documents with the sales department.
• Determine a customer's creditworthiness by obtaining credit reports, submitting credit applications, and conferring with loan processors and underwriters.
• Prepares transaction documents by completing loan agreements, DMV registration, and related documents.
• Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers while also providing them with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's license
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• At least 3+ years' experience in Automotive Sales
• At least 2+ years' as team lead/ previous Sales Management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of dealerships computer systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
