The Automotive Sales Lot Porter at Findlay Mazda Henderson is a customer-focused, friendly, and organized individual who will help maintain an inviting and attractive car lot. This individual must be able to conduct vehicle delivery & lot operations, cleaning and maintaining vehicles, answering customer inquiries, and other duties assigned by the dealership. This position is an individual contributor and requires a high level of reliability to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, operation, and other conditions before every sale.
• Keep vehicles clean on the inside and outside, ensuring a professional appearance.
• Move vehicles to designated areas as needed.
• Ensure that all paperwork is completed prior to sending vehicles out for delivery.
• Assist in ensure all vehicles are situated in the most appropriate locations.
• Ensure the lot is organized and well maintained
• Maintain the designation of vehicles in the lot.
• Speak with customers, both inside and outside of the dealership, to provide information on the vehicles.
• Follow all safety protocols regarding managing and working around vehicles.
Requirements
• Have excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Lot Porter or comparable experience is a must
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional organization skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers and dealership team
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, squat, twist, and kneel for extended periods
• Ability to work in a team environment and take directions
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
