- Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
- Self-starter and willingness to be a team player
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background check, Motor Vehicle Report, and drug screening.
- Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries
- Greet customers
- Build rapport with customers
- Assist customers with vehicle selections
- Perform test drives and present vehicle product information, pricing, and incentives
- Close deals and introduce customers to finance managers
- Complete all paperwork
- Deliver vehicles
- Utilize dealership control and follow-up system and procedures
- Build a base of referrals to establish customer network
- Training will be provided
