Description
Lynch Chevrolet of Kenosha is seeking a highly motivated, experienced bilingual Spanish-English Sales Consultant to join out team! This position is commission based and has average earnings of $80,000-$130,000, a comprehensive benefit package as well as an inclusive, fun family work environment!

- Health Insurance, covering 100% preventative care, starting at $145/month for single coverage and $585/month for family coverage
- Our 401K has a company match of $0.30 cents on the dollar up to 5%, plus a fiscal year end discretionary match that in 2022 was an additional 1.5%

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
- Greet and assist customers in a timely manner when entering the property
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all new vehicle makes and models
- Work with New and Used car sales managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
- Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources
- Test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive features
Requirements
- Prior sales/automotive experience
- Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet functions
- Clean driving record
- Bilingual Spanish-English is a plus!
