- Previous experience in Automotive Sales or retail sales preferred
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

- Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in using sales software and technology
