Automotive Sales Associate

Job Summary
Puente Hills Mitsubishi is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. This individual contributor role involves selling new and pre-owned vehicles, working with customers to identify their needs, and collaborating with team members to ensure the sales process is completed efficiently and professionally. The Automotive Sales Associate will focused on delighting customers, driving sales growth, and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and explain the features of different Mitsubishi vehicles
• Respond to customer inquiries by providing exceptional customer service
• Work one-on-one with customers to identify their needs and target the right vehicles
• Maintain relationships with customers post-sale, including follow up phone calls
• Actively pursue sales leads and leads generated through referral programs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the dealership is meeting customer’s expectations
• Participate in workshops and seminars to improve knowledge and stay up-to-date in the automobile industry

Requirements

• Prior Automotive Sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of automotive features and options
• Ability to act professionally with customers and team members
• Ability to remain organized and prioritize tasks
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
