Automotive Retail & Internet Sales Associate:

Responsibilities:
● Engage with showroom customers, understand their preferences and guide them
through the sales process.
● Manage internet leads, coordinate responses, and ensure timely and effective
communication with potential customers.
● Effective daily CRM follow up to convert leads into sales opportunities.
● Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs, demonstrating
vehicle features and guiding them through the sales process.
● Collaborate and work with the sales team and management to achieve sales
targets.
● Cultivate strong customer relationships, address inquiries, and ensure a positive
buying experience.
● Attend training and product knowledge sessions.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
● Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven
environment.

Qualifications:
● Prior sales, retail experience ( preferred, not a must)
● Excellent customer service and communication skills
● Prepare to do the on-the-job training
● Strong character and work ethics
● High School Diploma or GED
● Valid driver license required with good driving records.
● Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
● Bilingualism is a plus but not a must
