Responsibilities:
- Receive and process parts orders from customers
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
- Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
- Maintain knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
- Organize and maintain parts storage area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Parts Specialist or related role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems for order processing and inventory management
Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm Weekends Off. Pay based on experience
