Automotive Parts Delivery Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and products to various locations in a safe and timely manner. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, clear driving record and clear background check.

Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently transport goods and products to designated locations

- Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle

- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher

- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with customers at delivery locations

- Perform pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery receipts and any discrepancies or damages

- Communicate effectively with the dispatcher regarding any changes or issues during deliveries

Skills:

- Experience in moving or delivery services preferred

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers

- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job

- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures is a plus

- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries

- Ability to follow directions and adhere to delivery schedules

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
