Harbor Chevrolet has been Loving Long Beach Since 1923. We are celebrating our 100th Anniversary and we are looking for the right people to join our team.
Harbor Chevrolet has one of the largest Service and Parts operations in Southern California and we are growing at a rapid pace. We have a giant wholesale parts operation that services dealers, body shops and customers all over SoCal. We need qualified candidates fast to help us manage this growth. To celebrate our 100th year, we are also building BRAND NEW state-of-the-art facilities for both Chevrolet & Hyundai (new showrooms, new service bays, new/expanded parts facilities). We are so excited to share these facilities with our team and customers. A facility to match our rich history!

WHAT’S THE JOB?
Candidates should have some applicable automotive experience in parts. Your role would be to assist our parts customers with the research and purchase of parts. Most of your day is spent on the phone or in front of a customer providing a high level of service.
You also work in a workspace with other professionals like yourself, performing the same job, so playing nice with others is critical. We work together on a team and are looking for people who fit well in our Harbor Culture / Environment.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
We do have some items we are looking for:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Positive Attitude
- Strong Work Ethic
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Proven Track Record in Automotive Parts
- Computer competencies (keyboard, office suite, etc.)
- You must be a solution-oriented person (not a victim)
- Knowledge of Automotive DMS Systems Preferred (We use DealerTrack)
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Proven Organizational Skills
- You must like people and be nice to others
