Automotive Parts Counter Sales - Includes Weekends

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Demonstrate excellent SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE.

a. Acknowledge and greet the customer

b. Assist the customer with their Automotive Parts needs

c. Practice effective communication.

d. Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications (give technical advice, troubleshoot, and help solve customers’ problems with their vehicles).

e. Demonstrate ability to sell product features and benefits.

f. Demonstrate ability to understand customers’ needs—have related sales knowledge.

g. Achieve personal sales and profit quotas.

h. Demonstrate knowledge of current sales promotions and ability to process consumer rebates and customer registrations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends as needed

• This position will require weekend shift availability and full time hours up to 7p. Please confirm you are willing to accept Saturday and / or Sunday shifts and mid week shifts as late as 7p.

• AUTOMOTIVE: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
