We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Person. As a Counter Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their automotive needs. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with their Automotive Parts and accessory needs
- Provide product recommendations and answer any questions or concerns
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics to assist customers with troubleshooting
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track inventory and sales
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of Automotive Parts and accessories
- Excellent math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Sales management skills to upsell products and negotiate with customers
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for inventory management
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
