We are looking for an Automotive Parts Counter Person with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
- Issue parts and accessories promptly to technicians from the service Parts Counter.
- Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership.
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Control files, reference books, and other paperwork at the Parts Counter.
- Look up and sell Automotive Parts to all customers, shop, over the counter, wholesale, via internet as well as the phone.
- Sell parts to meet monthly forecasts.
- Take inventory of stock and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle accounts.
- Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
Qualifications:
- Dependable.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, and CDK is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Available to work during the week and weekends.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
