We are one of the largest towing, recovery and special transport companies in the country and now we have a salvage division.

Guardian Fleet Services is looking for a new team member to join our Seffner salvage division. The primary responsibility of an Automotive Parts Clerk is receiving, storing, and issuing Automotive Parts. Assisting customers both by phone and in-person with the Automotive Parts and maintaining inventory records of spare and replacement parts.

Essential Duties:

• Maintain parts inventory, including stocking shelves, organizing bins, binning new parts and recording the location, conducting perpetual bin audits, and maintain special order bins.
• Assist customers in calling us by phone and in-person with the Automotive Parts they are requiring.
• Assist with inventory and administrative tasks
• Verify VIN numbers and customer orders
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

• High school diploma or Equivalent
• Automotive knowledge is preferred and attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Physical Requirements
The job requires lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, significant bending and reaching, climbing. significant physical strength and stamina. Ability to lift and pull at least 50 lbs. Good hearing and vision are required.
