Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Help customers find the Automotive Parts they need, offering guidance and product knowledge.
Sales Generation: Achieve sales targets by proactively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the availability of products.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest Automotive Parts and accessories to provide accurate information to customers.
Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change to customers.
Requirements
Experience in Sales: Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is highly desirable.
Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding of Automotive Parts and accessories.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to assist customers effectively.
Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order processing.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for long periods.
